Terms of Delivery within the UAE

Orders will be processed by ALCINAMe and dispatched by SMSA courier on behalf of ALCINAMe. Shipping will be free of charge for orders above 150 AED. The processing time for all orders is up to 3 working days.

 

Terms of Delivery for other GCC countries

We are currently unable to process orders from Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Qatar automatically since exact delivery charges can only be determined once the order is packed. If you wish to purchase any Alcina product please send us an email to shop@alciname.com or contact us via WhatsApp and we will revert back to you with a detailed proposal. Following courier charges are estimates just as an orientation. The processing time for all orders is up to 5 working days.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

In accordance with global retail industry standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of health & beauty products (such as skin care, hair care & cosmetics) unless incorrectly supplied, faulty or damaged.

If the product(s) supplied are damaged, faulty or not the ones you have ordered, please send an email to customercare@alciname.com with your order details, the reason you wish to return the product(s) and pictures of the product(s) within 7 days after receipt of you order and our representative will contact and assist you with your concern.

In case of return of your full order, you will also receive a full refund of delivery charges. In case of partial return, delivery charges will not be refunded. (Any item that was delivered free of charge along with your order, must also be returned with the relevant product(s). You must take reasonable care of any product that you wish to return and not use them. We do not accept returns if the damage to the product(s) occurred while in your possession.

For prepaid orders, refund will only be done through the original mode of payment. All cash on delivery payments will be reimbursed in the form of a gift voucher or via bank transfer.
